Credit Analyst
I put in an application online and got a call back after about two weeks. The recruiter asked me some basic questions about my past work and education, and also inquired about my willingness to move from St. Louis, MO to Bloomington, IL, which I confirmed. I was surprised not to hear back, especially since they were looking to fill three spots in a more rural location. Later, I learned the positions were ultimately canceled, likely due to economic reasons.

The process from the initial call to setting up the interview was really fast. It was a chill experience where they wanted to know your personality and skills. They made sure it was a good fit for both me and the branch.
