Fullstack Developer
So the interview process kicked off with a chat with the Hiring Manager, which was also a technical round using a JavaScript language I picked. After that, I moved on to a panel interview. This involved one person asking JS questions more aligned with their current projects, and another asking Python questions. The next step was an interview with the Director. Following all those stages, I was asked to fly out to their SF office for an interview where I was presented with a graph problem. The team was really helpful, giving me hints and communicating clearly. Sadly, I wasn't able to solve it and didn't get the offer.

Payer Relations Manager
Scheduling was easy, but the interview was a mess and the hiring manager was unprofessional. I had a 30-minute slot for the interview. After doing 3 days of research and preparing, the interviewer went into detail about the technology, which I was already familiar with. I only got about 7 minutes to ask questions, talk about myself, etc., because the interviewer had another meeting right after. I barely got a word in and it was unprofessional. Not sure I'd want to work for someone who doesn't respect others' time or effort.
- What's your strategy for approaching a payer with whom we don't have an existing relationship?

The interview process was decent, with 3 rounds that were all behavioral interviews. They began by presenting their tool and then conducting the interview, which mainly focused on my work style. All three rounds essentially asked the same questions, with only minor variations from different interviewers. No updates were provided afterward, and since it was a workday application, there was no way to follow up.

Software Engineer
The interview process has 4 stages. First, they talked about the job, the company's main product (image processing), and asked about my resume activities. The second interview was technical, focusing on C++ code review, performance, time complexity, and improvement ideas. This involved OpenMP, specific error questions, edge cases, data structures, and STL container runtimes. The third round focused on Python testing and validation. The fourth round was a team meeting for open discussion on projects and experience. Basic C++ understanding and compiler behavior are key, and they might ask tricky questions, so show your knowledge and good practices by approaching them in various ways.
