They were very surface level with technical capabilities. Straightforward and quick. 2-30 min rounds to address fit. Thoroughly enjoyed our discussion and was pleased with the pace. They gave ample time to get messaging through in a clear format and with the star method

I had a phone screener with someone from Talent Acquisition. They mentioned the job I applied for wasn't actually open but might be in the future. They said they'd set up another call in case it becomes available, but then they ghosted me when I followed up. When I asked about the salary posted, they told me the actual range is much lower and they post a higher number to get more applicants.

The whole interview thing was super fast. I first chatted with two recruiters on a conference call, kind of like a pre-interview. Then, I had an in-person meeting scheduled for the next week. I went in that morning and met with three different people. They were really on top of things and prepared. I got there early, checked in, and the first person came out quickly to take me to a conference room. It was nice, I've had interviews where I waited around forever, but not this time. After that morning was done, I got a call pretty soon after asking me to come back the next day to meet with one team member who couldn't make it the first day. I showed up the next morning, and that team member greeted me right away, and we started talking. After I left the second day, I got a call later that day with a verbal offer, and I signed the official written document by the third day. Honestly, it was the quickest and best interview I've ever experienced!
