First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Heart It Out.
Data Analyst Intern
The interview process had 3 rounds. First, an interview with HR for typical HR questions like your strengths and skill ratings. Second, a tech interview with the team lead focusing on your projects and tech skills. Third, a take-home assignment involving SQL and dashboard creation.
- Can you tell me about one of your projects?
- What are your strengths?
- How would you rate your skills?
Front End Developer
The interview process was very easy. You will have an HR interview first. Then you will be given a small task to complete. Afterward, you will be scheduled for a call for a technical round where your technical knowledge will be tested. Later on, you will have a final call with a senior developer and just some casual conversation. That's it.
- How would you center three divs within a container?
- How do you change horizontally spread divs to a vertical line on a mobile phone?
First Responder
I went through 3 levels of interviews with the team. Everything went well and was on time. They promised to place me in teams with a counselor, but that hasn't happened even after six months. They haven't given any commitment on whether I'll still be placed.
- Can you tell me about your years of experience?
- What are your preferred timings?
- Could you share some information about your family?
Intern
You start by submitting an online application on our careers site or another job board. Make sure you read the job description and requirements super carefully before you hit apply. If you do well in the interviews and we like your vibe, you might get a job offer! The offer will have all the important stuff like pay, benefits, when to start, and any other details.
- Tell me about how you manage when things are busy and deadlines are tight.
- What would you say are your biggest strengths and areas where you could improve?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
