It was brief and to the point. They let me give a short personal presentation and then they presented themselves. They weren't very transparent about the bureaucratic details of the contract. I don't remember any questions in English, although, given that it's a multinational company, they might ask them.

The interview process was easy and efficient. The recruiters and hiring managers were great, and the whole thing went smoothly. I felt like the interviews themselves went really well, and everyone I talked to during the process was great.

I met with several senior folks on the marketing team within the group, some of whom I work with every day. Everyone was super nice and really smart. After chatting with them, I had to do a mock pitch deck/keynote presentation. I got to pick from 3 brands and had to connect the brand to either a Hearst brand or an experiential tentpole idea.
