So I had a call with two interviewers, and we chatted about the job and my history. Then, I got set up for an in-person interview the next morning with the customer service manager. It was a quick evaluation that morning. Everything seemed to go okay, and he mentioned he'd talk to another manager about what's next. I kept following up, but honestly, I never got any update. It was a bummer because the managers seemed really keen on hiring me, saying they liked my background and wanted to proceed. I thought it was pretty unprofessional and misleading.

I got an email confirming my interview, but when I got there they said it wasn't confirmed and made me wait 45 minutes while they interviewed someone else. After that, I could hear the two interviewers arguing in the hallway. The interview itself went okay and they seemed to like me, but they needed to hire right away and I still had a month left of classes, so they didn't give me an offer.

The interview process was okay. It started with a recruiter call where she asked basic questions and referenced my resume. Then, I met with someone else, possibly the VP, who wanted to see my work examples. I noticed a dress code, though I was told Fridays are casual, which was the day of my interview. It was hard to show my work online because sites like Instagram and YouTube were blocked. The office felt very quiet, like a library.

Got asked to fill a super long job application (3-4 pages) asking for everything from SSN to DOB to work history to references and contact details. Then had 3 interview rounds, one with the CEO who seemed totally distracted by his phone the whole time. I followed up 3 times and they finally said they were 'still deciding'. Over a month later, they emailed asking if I was still interested. I said yes and followed up again after 2 days, but then... crickets. The funniest part? They've already used all the ideas I suggested in the interview!
