I had a group interview with people from the marketing and design teams. Most of the talk was about how I deal with deadlines and my work habits.

I was contacted by a recruiter for this position and set up an online interview. The interview was rescheduled multiple times, once was within a few hours of when the interview was supposed to take place. This was frustrating as I'm working around my work schedule to set this up. On the morning of the interview (that wasn't rescheduled) I logged into the meeting, waited half an hour and no one ever joined. I took several screenshots throughout the "interview" and emailed them to the recruiter who was scheduling these interviews. I got no explanation or apology. Very unprofessional.

The recruiter was late for our meeting. She didn't let me talk at all, just went on about the company. Later, her HR person called me to offer me the job, saying I had 24 hours to accept. But when I said I needed more time because I was still interviewing elsewhere, she told me that wouldn't work and wished me luck.

They found my resume online. They mentioned great benefits and a hybrid schedule. The interview involved a few minutes of shadowing employees to get a sense of the daily tasks, followed immediately by a quick interview.
