First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HealthTronics.
Radiologic Technologist
The interview process was super quick and organized. I reached out to the recruiter on LinkedIn myself. She was really nice and helped me out with everything. I'm really excited to start my new job at Healthtronics and help them out.
- What do you know about Healthtronics?
Accounting Assistant
I interviewed with HR, the Controller, and some of the accounting team folks. It was more like a casual chat, but they did ask some questions. It was also a chance for me to ask them questions to see if this was a good place for me.
- What were your responsibilities in your previous role?
Customer Service Representative
I had to upload my resume online first. Then, about two weeks after that, I had a phone interview with an HR person. They mentioned I should wait for a call to set up an in-person interview. After a few emails and a call from the hiring manager, it turned out there was a mix-up, and the interview was scheduled for the very next day. I met with the hiring manager for about 30 minutes in a conference room. Later that afternoon, I got a phone call with a job offer.
- How would you handle working for someone with less education or experience than you?
Senior Accountant
The interview process was pretty standard and clear. I had three interviews in total: first a recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring manager, and finally an interview with the director of the department.
- Can you share your relevant experiences for this position?
