First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Healthtrax.
Instructor
I applied online and then the manager emailed me. After that, there was a phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting and a tour of the gym. They then sent me a background check and online paperwork for hire. I also took home paperwork to fill out, like tax forms etc. The audition was an online video submission.
- Can you tell me about your availability and schedule?
Swim Instructor
The interviewers were super nice and we had a good chat. The first job and interview process went well. They asked me a bunch of questions about myself and my past work. We also chatted about things I do outside of work. All in all, it was a good experience!
- Can you outline how you would structure a group swim lesson?
Associate
I first spoke with a recruiting manager who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. There were three interviews in total: one phone call and two in-person meetings. I was told there would be a final interview with management, but it didn't end up happening. The office seemed like a great place to work, with friendly and professional people, and the space was clean and organized.
- How do you approach handling difficult situations that you can't control?
Fitness Specialist
the interviewer checked out my resume and asked some stuff about why I wanted to work at the facility and any experience I had in health. Most of the interview was in an office, then we took a tour to see the facilities and what they offer.
- Did you take any relevant courses for this role?
