The interview started with a recruiter screening where we went over my background. I was then asked about my knowledge of the company. The recruiter made me feel foolish for not knowing enough, which really threw me off and made the rest of the interview go poorly. It's important to have an answer ready about what you know about the company. They also asked very specific questions about processes that aren't commonly used. I was told the next steps would be interviews with the hiring manager and then a panel, but I don't think I'll get to those rounds after the recruiter call went so badly.

The interview process was really thorough and deliberate. They asked thoughtful questions and the personnel were amazing. They really listened and made the interview process streamlined. There were definitely some hard questions, but nothing too difficult. The location was also great, with clean and organized facilities.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through a long interview process with six formal interviews, plus several other calls with people on the team. There was also an in-person dinner that took 2½ hours of driving each way, and I paid for all the travel myself. It was unclear from the beginning what the timeline or decision-making process would be. About halfway through, there was a leadership change because of layoffs, which caused more delays and an extra final interview. I get that changes happen in companies, but after that, there was barely any communication, even though I followed up and had previously asked when I'd hear back. The worst part? They totally ghosted me. I emailed the recruiter several times, but never got a reply, even though they said I'd hear back in 48 hours. The whole thing took over a month, with lots of travel, effort, and interviews, and then ended with no news at all. Don't waste your time and energy on this company; they don't seem to care about candidates.
