The interview went well and they asked some good questions. They mentioned I was a good fit but ultimately underqualified due to their specific experience requirements. I suggest reviewing their website and getting familiar with their product; it's pretty clear what kind of candidates they're looking for.

Presentation Technical

The Head of Product, who seemed really focused on hiring top talent and wanted to move quickly, initiated the process. He wanted candidates to show the same drive and passion for the product. The CTO also emphasized the intensity of their work. The process started with a call with the Head of Product, followed by a take-home assignment. After submitting the assignment, I was told I'd proceed to the onsite stage. However, the process became disorganized with multiple recruiters involved, a missed call from the CEO, and general delays, which was ironic given their stated desire to 'move fast.' The onsite itself was just a single meeting with the CTO. He asked some very basic questions, like about my previous responsibilities, that felt more suited for an initial recruiter chat. Without much follow-up or clarity after that conversation, I was unexpectedly rejected. It seemed like there was a lack of coordination between the recruiters and the interviewers, making it feel like they didn't take recruiting seriously.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was very disorganized. I spoke with the head of product, who seemed driven and intelligent. After completing a take-home project, I was invited onsite to meet with the head of engineering. This was a 30-minute onsite meeting, and I was rejected the following day. I felt the company didn't respect my time, as the meeting could have been a phone call, and I wasn't even given an office tour. A few days later, the internal recruiter contacted me again, seemingly unaware of our previous interactions. It all felt very disorganized.
