Behavioral Case

The interview process included a phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a behavioral interview with a senior analyst. The final round consisted of a one-hour case study and a one-hour behavioral interview with partners or principals. Overall, the people I spoke with were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was really bad. I had to go through 6 rounds of the same questions, and then there was a case interview where they expected hours of work, with a half-hour check-in before the final call. Doing all of that while I'm still working another job made me lose interest. It felt like they don't respect candidates' time, so I can only imagine what working there is like. Plus, based on pay reviews, it doesn't seem worth it.

Had 5 interviews in total. 3 interviews were with a manager, 1 with a managing director, and there was also a coffee chat. The last manager interview involved a case study that was pretty straightforward about how to get started with a client – basically, what prep you'd do. I'd just review the standard frameworks for that. The first two manager interviews were really basic behavioral questions, like asking about me and my experience. The managing director interview was also behavioral, but they'd expect a more polished answer. The coffee chat was the last step, and it was super casual, a chance to meet two more people and ask about the company and culture.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process started with an HR screening, followed by a one-on-one behavioral interview, and then a superday which included both behavioral questions and a case study. Everything was conducted virtually. It was a decent experience overall, and the interviewers were conversational. The case study was a bit challenging to follow and some technical difficulties impacted the experience.
