Behavioral Technical

This hiring manager for the Philippines had a really bad attitude during the interview. He mostly just talked the entire time, and I barely got to say anything. I suspect the interview was mainly for him to tell me I wasn't qualified because I lack healthcare industry experience. He should have checked my resume and HR's notes before talking to me. He kept contradicting my answers and saying I was wrong. I felt like I didn't get a fair shot. The interviewer seemed really arrogant and self-absorbed, bragging about being a workaholic and how no one can keep up. He even suggested he could do my HR job, questioning the need to hire HR staff at all.

Confirmed questions2 questions
