First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HealthPRO Heritage.
Physical Therapist
The interview process was pretty streamlined. I spoke with the rehab manager at the site and the recruiter from HealthPro. They conduct a phone screen and an in-person tour and meeting as well.
- What is your availability?
- What days/times are you able to work?
Registered Behavior Technician
The interview process was pretty simple, with about 1-2 interviews. There was also a walkthrough interview of the clinic to meet staff and clients. Each interview was about 20 minutes to an hour long.
- Are you comfortable working with children diagnosed with ASD?
Marketing Coordinator
I started with a recruiter phone call to talk about my background and the job. Then, I went in for an in-person interview that included a tour. I met the team, learned about the culture, and discussed how my skills fit. After the interview and tour, they gave me an offer.
- Tell me about a challenge you faced at work and how you handled it.
Occupational Therapist
The interview process was pretty straightforward. I first talked to a recruiter who found me on a job search platform. We discussed what I was looking for, and then I was referred to the DOR for the position. It was a pretty informal process, not a formal sit-down interview. I got to meet the staff and see the building, and I could ask questions to see if it was a good fit.
- Can you tell me about your experience and when you are available to start?
