First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HealthPark Medical Center.
Radiologic Technologist
The interview process was very friendly and respectful. I talked about my background and experience. I am currently doing clinicals there, and I feel I clicked with the team right away, which I think will make our workflow smoother and help us support each other in reaching great goals.
- Why do you want to work here?
Volunteer
It was a simple process, not much paperwork, and they took my picture. The interview went well. We talked about my future career plans and the specific type of volunteering I was interested in, like clerical work or patient interaction.
- What are you currently studying?
- What are your career aspirations for the future?
- Can you specify which area you're interested in volunteering for, such as clerical duties or direct patient contact?
Management
The process was lengthy. It began with a third-party professional interview that was SAT-style and an interview. The inhouse interviews were less professional and lacked structure. The peers and senior management had limited interview skills. They knew the rules but didn't follow them.
- Would you rather shower or take a bath?
