The whole interview process was super easy and fast! The manager conducting the interview was really nice and welcoming. You will need to obtain a 2-40 health insurance license. It's a straightforward process, and the new office is great!
- How do you handle rejection?
Insurance Agent
It was a really fast and easy process. The recruiter seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had all the info I needed and my questions were answered. They were clear about expectations and set up a follow-up for later.
- What is your primary area of focus?
Licensed Agent
It was a simple interview process with about 3 or 4 questions about your sales drive and any relevant past experience. They seemed to hint at a job offer during the interview itself, and I got the official call with the offer later that same night.
- Were there any previous issues with your attendance?
- It's important that you show up every day you're scheduled to work, can you commit to that?
Sales Representative
The managing director was verbally abusive and combative. He cussed me out for asking him why he likes working here. Who hired this guy to be a supervisor? He really should be fired.
- Why do you like working here?
- Why am I the only one talking here?
