I interviewed with HR and the supervisor. They both asked me questions. A lot of it was about getting to work and the times, and how shift bidding works. HR asked me about my past jobs and what I did before. The supervisor gave me some examples about how the process works and about the company.

The hiring process was pretty professional. I had an in-person interview where I was asked to read some words from a paper. They hired me on the spot! During the interview, they mentioned that sometimes callers might be rude because they are 'having a bad day'. I thought I could handle that since I've dealt with rude patients before, but I was wrong. Being rude is never an excuse for disrespect. After being hired, I had to go through a drug test.

It was a pretty good interview, with basic questions. If they think you're a good fit, they'll give you a test right after and a conditional job offer.
