Had one pre-interview screening. Then went through 2 interviews focusing on my background and how I would fit in. Never heard back. Followed up with management but got ghosted with no feedback or rejection.

Behavioral Other

I applied online and a few days later got an interview invite. It was pretty easy, mostly just talking about my past experiences, no tricky questions. After that, I got an assessment that took about 50 minutes. The interviewer mentioned that based on my results, I'd either get another interview with the CEO or a job offer. The very next day, I got a voicemail saying they liked my assessment and wanted to offer me the job. I tried calling and emailing them a bunch, but they completely ghosted me. Super unprofessional, especially for a staffing company, and honestly kind of mean.

Behavioral Technical Other

The initial recruiter call went way over the 30-minute mark, which was a bit of a red flag. Then I had to take an assessment that was supposed to be 10-15 minutes but ended up being an hour long and way more extensive than described. It was presented as a simple personality test, but it turned out to be like six different assessments. After that, I had two more interviews where I was asked to write an email about my understanding of the company and why I'd be a good fit. In the end, I just got an email saying they were going with someone else. I really expected a call, especially since they'd been so positive about me joining. Not getting a call after three interviews, an hour-long assessment, and a last-minute request for a cover letter felt really unprofessional and like they didn't respect my time or my application.
