First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HealthCare Partners, IPA.
Coordinator
The interview didn't really cover the specifics of the job role. It felt very one-sided, with hardly any room for discussion or negotiation, especially when it came to salary, which was a take-it-or-leave-it offer. They don't seem to factor in years of experience.
- What are your future aspirations within this organization?
Member Service
This interview process took about two to four weeks and included both phone calls and in-person meetings.
- What would you do if you reported management issues to HR and they brushed you off?
Management
HR staff was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Completed application and background check release. Offered coffee, tea, water. Felt good about the experience. Interview was about 30-45 minutes with the VP of HR. Then interviewed by departmental hiring manager. Felt calm and confident about 2nd interview after meeting with HR team.
- Why are you interested in HCP?
- Could you tell me about a professional or academic accomplishment you're most proud of?
