Clinical ASA
I was contacted by an inside recruiter who found my resume online. The interview was scheduled for two days later, and all necessary documents and information were emailed the next day. I first met with the two department directors, and then with the three team leads. The directors asked personality-based 'what if' questions, while the team leads asked practical questions to assess my fit. It was pretty stressful. Four business days later, the recruiter called to offer me the job. Since my salary expectations were met, I accepted.
