I was contacted via LinkedIn and went through a phone screening, followed by a final technical interview. Leading up to the final interview, the role's details were quite vague, with broad descriptions of the work, hours, and responsibilities. It felt like the recruiter didn't fully grasp the position or realize it would be a difficult sell. I felt somewhat unprepared for the significant workload expected, essentially taking on the duties of multiple roles myself.

Recruiter called the next morning for a 30 minute+ phone screen. We discussed salary and benefits. Next, I had an interview scheduled with Healthcare IT Leaders' Director, Permanent Practice. It was a great and very transparent interview, and I received prep for the PMO Director interview at Providence Hospital. I filled out a Questionnaire provided by Providence. They provided a copy of the resume prior to submittal. Next, I interviewed with the PMO Director.

I had 2 interviews, both were face to face. These came after a phone call with one of the principals of the company. The interview process for round one was simple, your normal interview with 1-2 people asking about your skills and what you want, why you're looking, etc. In the 2nd interview I was introduced to a number of employees from the office that spoke with me about what they do, their experience, etc. Very relaxed and easy going people.
