First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Health Wright Products.
Lab Technician
It was pretty straightforward, a 2 stage interview process. First was a phone screen, then a zoom interview. Since I applied during covid in 2020, the zoom interview is now an in person interview with the lab supervisor.
- Can you describe your experience with microbiological testing?
Encapsulation Operator
When I went in for my interview, I talked with a shift manager and someone from HR. They were really nice and easy to talk to. I didn't feel the usual stress I get in interviews. It was smooth. They asked some good questions that let me really explain who I am and what I can do. I also got to ask them questions so I got a good sense of what the job would involve.
- Based on your previous experience, what can you offer HWP?
Administrative
After applying I was contacted for a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. We went over some basic information about the company and the position. I was asked some normal interview questions regarding my previous experience and what I was looking for/why I was looking to leave my current role. I was then scheduled for an in person interview where I met with both the department leader and the HR person who had conducted the phone interview. Similar questions were asked during the in person interview. I felt they were really trying to get to know me. I was made an offer which I accepted. The whole process was interesting and very comfortable.
- What would it take for your current company to convince you to stay?
Cost Analyst
The application process was pretty standard, but the online form took ages to complete. I wasn't a fan of having to put in my desired salary upfront, and since their offer met it exactly, I'm a bit worried I might have undersold myself. The interview itself involved a phone screen, then a chat with the hiring manager and an HR person, followed by a test where I had to do some cost calculations and formulation.
- What type of work atmosphere do you like best?
