My first interview was with one person who asked general questions. Then, I had a panel interview, followed by a test with two team members. The test wasn’t hard, but I felt unsure afterward. They don’t talk during the test; they read a question, and you answer aloud. The questions are about finding inconsistencies in data sets. There were 3 questions and 30 minutes.

The interview process was pretty simple. It started with a phone interview, followed by two virtual interviews. The first virtual one was with the team I'd be working with, and the second one was with the executive team. After that, I got a call offering me the job. I then asked them to send the offer and benefit package via email, just to make sure I had a formal offer.

The interview had three parts over two days: two behavioral interviews and a skill test. The first part was about my background, asking lots about my resume and past jobs. They also asked a lot of behavioral questions about project management. The skill test was to see if I could look at a data set and figure it out. Since I have about 10 years of experience in healthcare, it was pretty easy for me. But, it could be tough for people just starting out or those who haven't worked with healthcare data. The interviewers were really nice and made it feel less scary. I also liked how quick and straightforward everything was, with feedback coming back in a few days.

It was tough, not easy, grinding. There was a shooting test, a fight test. You need the ability to stay calm under pressure.
