It was about 30 mins long. They asked me scenario-based questions on different things like sepsis, anaphylaxis, dealing with a hard-to-please family member or patient, complaints, open disclosure, and how to report an incident. I made sure to have answers ready for these topics. My advice is to take your time and don't get too stressed out.

It was a competency-based interview, with each of the two facilitators asking two questions, for a total of four. They asked about common issues like missing MDAs, patient falls, deteriorating patients, and GDPR. The scenarios were generally specific to the ward. Overall, the experience was positive, and the interviewers were understanding of any nerves I had.
