The recruitment process was a dead end. They tried to recruit me, but there was poor follow-through on their part. The lack of professionalism at this stage gave me a glimpse into their organization, and I wouldn't recommend joining them. If this is how they treat potential hires, I can only imagine the work environment.

We had a few phone interviews and talks with senior management, no HR was involved at all. It went fast, from first contact to getting hired was 2 months, and that time included the holidays between Christmas and New Years. I met the President and VP of Sales. I also had dinner with the team, though I didn't know how that was going to go. They introduced me as an industry/IT consultant. In the end, it worked out.

The interview process was easy and quick. We asked each other questions and got answers we were looking for. I also made sure about the dress code and asked where they saw themselves in five years. Amy was very wonderful and made me feel comfortable in the process.

I sent my resume in online and then got an email for a phone interview. I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. After that, they invited me to their office for an in-person meeting with several people who would help decide who to hire. I was the first person they interviewed. They made an offer about two weeks later.
