The interview process was very friendly and relaxed, with 3 rounds. Communication was good. I loved the culture and vibe of the people in the company. The questions were reasonable. Thank you, I must enter at least thirty words really?

Behavioral Presentation

I met the VP of Business Development at a conference and interviewed with him one on one while at the conference. Then a 2nd interview with CEO was set up for the following week. (Typically there is a 3rd interview but I was able to by-pass that one.) Once I got through that, I had to give a remote 15 minute sales presentation to all upper management via a webinar.

Behavioral Other

Had a very thorough and professional HR screening, but then a strange and unprofessional second round video interview with the manager. The manager was late and dressed casually, which felt unprofessional given how seriously I prepared. The role's focus shifted mid-interview, changing into three distinct roles, which made preparation difficult and introduced requirements not mentioned in the job description.

Round one was a telephonic interview where the HR talked about me (not many questions) and scheduled the interview with the hiring manager. Round two was with the manager which I thought went well but I didn't hear back from them. After reaching out thrice, I received a rejection mail.
