It was a transparent and comfortable interview process. I was able to talk about myself and learn more about the company. They kept it informal and shared a lot of insights about their processes.

It was an easy interview process and they gave feedback. They wanted me to ask questions and engage. We talked about the job duties, what they expect from me, and goals. The interview wasn't too long. I only interviewed with one person, not a committee or group.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was a comfortable, genuine, and open experience. The interviewers seemed knowledgeable about the agency, and I didn't feel intimidated like in past interviews. My advice is to be yourself, be confident, and bring your resume, as basic professionalism dictates. It's also a good idea to ask about the potential schedule, caseload size, work environment, leadership, employee retention, and client populations/locations.
