Behavioral Other

There were no standard questions. This is concerning because they aren't asking consistent questions with each applicant. How are they making hiring decisions? They don't conduct behavioral questions and after I started working at Health Choice, I realized, culture and employee satisfaction were not important to this organization.

Started with a quick chat with the hiring manager, asking some easy questions about my work ethic. After that, there was a longer 45-minute interview with more questions and some in-depth ones. It was a bit intimidating but really helpful. It helped me confirm that this was the right path for me and if I was a good fit.

This was an HR position that I interviewed for, and the process was easy. I met with the HR representative who was very helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get the position due to a lack of experience.
