I was emailed directly and then set up a phone appointment. They asked about my experience, like what department I worked in and for how many years. I also talked about my degree and where I've worked before.

The process was really smooth. The recruiter was super helpful and made me even more excited about the company and the job than I was before. They also like to have you chat with people from different teams, which is great because it helps you decide if it's the right fit for you! And the best part is they move pretty fast and always keep you in the loop! A+ employee so far!

The interview process was really drawn out and frustrating. I met with numerous people and they kept changing the role I was interviewing for, which felt like a waste of time for over a month. Eventually, I got an email saying I wasn't recommended due to lack of experience, something they could have figured out in the very first interview instead of making me go through five rounds. They even tried to offer a third different position at the end, but I declined to continue with the company after that.

I applied online and then a recruiter reached out. We had a phone interview first, then I went in person for another interview. About a week later, I went back for a third in-person interview. The final stage was with 3 managers and it was supposed to take half the time it actually did. It ended up being 3 hours long, with people coming in one after another to talk to me. The managers were friendly but intense. They really dug into questions about my personal life and goals. About a week and a half after that, I got a voicemail saying I didn't get the job, with no explanation. Companies don't have to give feedback, but my time felt wasted for 3 hours, and I feel like I could have gotten some constructive feedback for future interviews.
