The interview process involves a one-on-one meeting across their multiple buildings. The HR team, who are very friendly, are keen to understand your long-term goals. The hiring process is quite extensive and typically takes about two weeks for them to respond.

It was a quick and friendly interview with no real pressure. The staff were nice and I got a tour of the campus, though I only saw one of the many buildings. The work environment seemed very casual. I got an email not long after the interview and they offered me a position.
