The interview process was really simple and clear. Dionte reached out to set up a phone interview and sent over a lot of helpful info about the role. However, the job description didn't mention that the job involved going to people's houses to ask them to join a study. I felt this was unsafe and likely wouldn't work out well, considering how few people contacted actually sign up for research studies. Because of this, I turned down the job offer. All in all, I liked the straightforward interview and I can't blame the company for the study requirements.

I had to download a free app for a video interview for this part-time gig paying $10/hr. The recruiter was pretty chill and casual. The next day, they called to offer me the job. Honestly, I think they'll hire pretty much anyone who's okay with the pay and can talk and act normally. I checked their GlassDoor reviews, and it's pretty split, like 50/50. It's a flexible job, but no benefits, no chance for advancement, and the pay is low. Note: they mentioned an interview location, but it was all online, and I didn't have to go to Atlanta.

I was contacted by the internal recruiter for a phone interview, which was brief but invasive. Afterward, I was invited to their HQ to meet with two of her colleagues, who were project leads. They explained the corporate culture, clients, and management style well. Even though I had another offer, their passion for the company convinced me to accept the role at Headway. Nearly a year later, everything they promised has come true. Headway is a good place for a new recruiter to start and will recognize those who commit to learning, growing, and working hard.

Had a first interview with the hiring manager, then got an assignment that took 45 minutes. I never got a rejection from the recruiter, just an automated email. The customer service was terrible, which is funny because the job was for a customer service role!
