Got a referral and then the recruiter contacted me quickly to set up an initial phone screen. It was more detailed than I expected, but I got through it. Next up was a take-home assignment followed by an hour-long presentation interview. After that, I had a mock 1:1 call, a 60-minute behavioral interview, and then two 15-minute leadership interviews. Finally, they did reference checks. It was a pretty intense process, but I appreciate that they're thorough to find the right fit. Had some scheduling hiccups where we had to move some interviews around, and there was a bit of a delay at the end, but the recruiter kept me totally in the loop. They even sent a deck explaining the evaluation criteria. Honestly, the support throughout was great, and it felt like everyone wanted me to succeed. It was a fantastic experience, and each step made me more excited about the role! A few days after finishing everything, the recruiter called with the offer!

Presentation Behavioral Presentation

You’ll be asked to evaluate a sales rep’s call and then create a presentation addressing a list of questions they give you. You have to meet with a recruiter twice before the first of three additional interviews: a mock pitch, a behavioral interview, and a presentation covering the questions. They set up all three over two weeks, then postponed them all to the day before. You need to submit the questions/assessment before these interviews. If the first interviewer isn’t impressed, they’ll cancel the other two interviews to ‘not waste any more time.’ It’s funny because this company asks for hours of your time, then dismisses you after only 30 minutes of theirs. I was disappointed initially, but looking back, I’m glad they revealed the level of respect the company has, at least for me.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was quick, with a 3 week turnaround time. It was thorough, with several rounds of prompts and conversations, and overall incredibly positive. I felt like the team was genuinely interested in me, wanted me to feel prepared for each interview round, and overall the recruiter was incredibly communicative. I felt more and more excited with each conversation I had and knew what to expect at each stage. Thank you for a great experience Headway!
