The first interview went well, and they were responsive in scheduling the second interview quickly. However, I ended up waiting 30 minutes on Zoom for the second interview because the interviewer was on vacation, which they admitted after I reached out. They rescheduled, but the interviewer was late. I felt that interview also went well, and I was expecting another one. Then, I got a generic email saying I wasn't selected for further interviews. I asked for feedback but received none. The whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional. It would be better if they sent personalized emails, especially given the scheduling issues and no-show. Ultimately, it's their loss because I'm a strong candidate, and another company will be fortunate to hire me.

It was a pretty extensive interview process, with multiple sessions involving several team members. This was for an entry-level position. Some of the interviewers didn't seem very engaged and might have preferred not to be there. The questions asked, while seemingly unrelated to a customer service role, were manageable if you could think critically.

My interview at Headway was pretty untraditional and felt rushed. The interviewer didn't comment much on what I was saying, even though I showed passion for the mission and gave specific examples. I'm confident I met the qualifications based on my years of customer service experience and feel I could have been a great asset, so it's disappointing. I don't think the interview gave me a fair chance because it felt rushed and the interviewer seemed disinterested, despite me feeling like I was saying what they'd want to hear. I think they would have been pleased with my work ethic and I know I would have done a great job and brought a lot to the company. I hope they change their interview style in the future because I think they'd find some really great people.
