Customer Service Representative
It was medium hard. You need to be confident and know the travel standards because it's a traveling company. The rest depends on the specific role you applied for. Good luck!
- They presented me with different case studies related to their daily operations, such as handling specific crises.
Customer Support Representative
The interview process was smooth and fun. The second round was particularly good and flowed well, providing insightful feedback. They really dug into my past work experience, grilling me quite a bit. But overall, it was the best interview experience I've had so far.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
Customer Experience Specialist
The interview process was quite delayed. It started off well because the TA and HM seemed friendly. I went through about 3-4 interview rounds and completed 2 assignments. In the last round, my application was rejected because I didn't have experience in a very specific skill. This was poorly handled by the HM, wasting his time and mine, as such a basic requirement could have been checked in the first round. It appears he wasn't sure what he was looking for.
