Case Presentation Behavioral

The interview process was quite lengthy and involved a significant business case that required a lot of effort. After completing the case, I was invited to the final interview, which was scheduled three weeks after submitting the case. During this mid-interview, I was unexpectedly asked to present the business case. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job. The feedback mentioned poor presentation skills, which was difficult given the gap between preparing the case and the presentation. It seemed like a good opportunity to grow and the compensation was good, despite the somewhat chaotic nature of the work environment.

Case Behavioral

The interview process kicked off with a preliminary screening call. Next, I was given a case study to complete, which they estimated would take about 2-3 hours. Following the case study, there were two more interviews: the first one went for over an hour, and the second one was about half an hour long.

The TA team communicated well and were friendly. The process involved an initial HR interview, followed by a manager-level interview, and then a country manager interview. It seemed like a good opportunity. They were responsive, and the country manager even called me to discuss any concerns.
