First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at HDT Global.
Manufacturing Engineer
It was a long process, but a really good conversation. They focused mainly on personality, with no technical questions. I got a tour of the shop floor from a worker who was happy about his job. There were 3 interviews total: 2 in person and 1 virtual.
- Describe how you would handle a difficult situation.
Customer Service Representative

Engineer
The interview experience was really good. They flew me in the day before and put me up in a hotel nearby. I spoke with two company directors and two engineers. They asked about my past experiences and why I thought I'd be a good fit for the company. No technical questions or coding exercises were given. After the interviews, I joined them for lunch with some other engineers.
- Can you discuss your experience with X as listed on your resume?
Program Manager
Basically, I got totally ghosted by the company and their HR person after my interviews. It's really disrespectful to applicants when there's no transparency or closure. I didn't even get an email saying they picked someone else.
- Can you tell me about your Program Management background?
- What's your experience with Excel?
- How would you approach motivating a team with low morale or underperforming members?
