Customer Care Representative
Got an email for a phone interview on 10/25/16. Replied, but didn't hear back until 10/31/16. Had the phone interview on 11/1/16. Then they asked me to come in for an interview with the recruiter on 11/2/16. I've been emailing and calling weekly to check on my application status, but as of 12/5/16, still no response. It's been super unprofessional and incompetent.
- Can you tell me about your experience in customer care?
Customer Care Representative

- Are you a caring individual?
- What are your math skills like?
Associate Marketing Manager
