The interview process was straightforward. It involved a technical round followed by a brief meeting with the designers. The designers seemed competent but had poor communication skills and a very relaxed demeanor. As a designer, the interviewer wasn't very open-minded about new technology and didn't grasp it well.

So HDFC Bank's internship program, first you fill out an online application. Then there's an aptitude test and they look at your resume. After that, you'll have a group discussion and have to analyze a case study. Then, they do technical and HR interviews. If you get selected, you go through an orientation, get a mentor, work on real projects, and get feedback. Finally, you do a presentation and get a certificate.

First, there was an online test by AM CAT. It was a bit harder than average and had sections on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and a psychometric test. We had about 2 hours, with different time limits for each section. After I passed that and got shortlisted, there was an on-campus interview.
