So I had 5 rounds in total. The first was a telephonic interview, and then I had 4 face-to-face interviews at the Mumbai HQ. Out of the 4 F2F interviews, 3 were technical and 1 was with HR. All of them were elimination rounds except for the HR one. I got through the telephonic interview and was invited for the F2F. The interviews started at 10:30 AM and wrapped up by 4:30 PM the same day. I managed to clear all 3 technical interviews, which were conducted by Assistant Vice Presidents and Business Heads. They seemed really keen on bringing me on board. The HR interview was just alright.

The interview process involved three stages. First, an HR screening checked my background, experience, and general suitability. Then, a managerial round assessed my understanding of Business Analysis concepts, tools, and methods, and how my prior experience matched the job. Finally, another managerial round dug deeper into practical scenarios, my problem-solving approach, and my expectations for the role. Overall, it was a well-structured process that balanced theory and practice, focusing on real-world experience and role fit.
