It was 3 rounds total. The first interview was with the Manager, and we talked about skills and knowledge related to Project and Program Management. The second interview was with the General Manager, also covering Project and Program Management skills and knowledge. The final round was with the Director, focusing on cultural and behavioral fit, after which I spoke with HR about compensation.

The interview process was marked by considerable delays and slow responses, making it quite a frustrating experience. The interviewer was in Germany. After the interview, there was no follow-up or timely update on the outcome. I waited for a while and sent reminders, but still got no clarity on my status. Only after escalating the issue did I get a response, which was negative. The late feedback and lack of proactive communication showed poor coordination and a bad candidate experience.

The interview difficulty was moderate. It involved two interview rounds plus an initial HR round. The first round was with the hiring managers, covering the overall bid process, my previous experience, and basic concepts like SDLC and Agile PM. The second round was a brief 15-minute meeting with the leadership team for introductions and standard interview questions like "Why hire me?" and "What value will I bring?". The HR process for the acceptance letter was quite slow after the offline notification.
