The interview started with a technical round checking core configuration and platform knowledge, basically your understanding of Salesforce and the consultant mindset. Then, there was another technical round focusing on architecture and potentially a coding part or case study. Finally, a managerial round to assess your leadership and project governance skills.

It was a bit of a tough process to get through. Had to do some coding in a system that wasn't theirs. The questions they asked were pretty straightforward. They wanted to know if I had ever worked with cloud projects before and what kind of issues came up.

There were also some technical questions to see what I know about the subject and how much of an expert I am. Basically, they wanted to see if I can use what I know to solve actual problems, and they asked a few direct technical questions too.
