It was quick and simple, a phone call with superiors and a Teams call with a manager. They checked my English level since the position requires it. Questions were about common or everyday IT cases and situations.

The interview went well with a single round. They mentioned the position was immediate and shortlisted my profile. All background verification documents were collected the same day. They said the offer would be released 3 working days after approval. However, HR never followed up. I had to keep checking in. After 15 days, HR finally said the position was on hold. Apparently, they do this to everyone, so I wouldn't recommend waiting for an offer at HCL if you're in the final stages of your notice period. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

  • Can you discuss domain-related Agile SDLC testing?
