I interviewed for the Process Analyst job at HCL, and it was a really nice and welcoming process. First, there was an online assessment. Then, a technical interview where we talked about process improvement and tools like Excel. Finally, an HR interview. The team was super supportive and made me feel really comfortable. It was a good learning experience since they looked at both my technical and soft skills. Overall, a really positive and encouraging interview!

The interview process included a technical round, an HR round, and a client interview. They will ask you about SLA service requests and incidents, troubleshooting processes, and your previous and total relevant experience. The client interview is very important; if the client selects you, then 80% of the work is done.
