So they asked me about basic computer skills and my experience with data in Excel for the data operator role. It was multiple choice questions and answers, then some powerpoint questions, and also asked about situational awareness and presentation skills.

This was a pretty easy interview process coming straight out of college. The first round involved a virtual interview where I had to record my answers to some questions and talk about myself. The second interview was usually with the leader of account executives and possibly another person on the team, like another account executive. It was a pretty laid-back interview for this entry-level position, and they're really welcoming to hiring people right out of college. It seems like a great company to work for.

The interview was conducted via Google Hangout. They asked some questions and then proposed sending me a check to buy office equipment for my home office. The plan was that once the check cleared, I would be told what to buy. When I suggested they send the equipment directly instead of involving my bank account, they decided to end the interview. I found this to be very unprofessional.

We had a 25min phone interview. They asked me some questions about my credentials, background, and implementation process. They also asked how I dealt with situations under pressure and my feelings about working 12-hour shifts 7 days a week with a few days off. This was to ensure they were talking to the right person who had experience with EMR and was willing to travel anytime.
