First, you have to apply online. Then there's a phone interview, followed by a chat with your direct supervisor. After that, you fill out a really long online form. Then, you'll meet with a panel of different healthcare professionals. They also do a lot of checking on your health records, vaccinations, police records, and a physical exam.

I had an initial phone screening with a recruiter. Then, we set up an interview with the unit's manager and director, which happened four days later. They decided to bring me back the next week for a peer interview with a charge nurse, transport coordinator, and nurse educator. After some follow-up, I heard back about the job about three weeks after that peer interview.
