It began with a phone screen to go over my experience, background, salary expectations, and work eligibility. The recruiter was super nice and fast. He said he would pass my info to the hiring manager, but then I heard nothing back.

The whole thing took about two months. First, I spoke with the hiring director for an hour, not a recruiter. Then, I had a 3-hour panel interview with 6-8 people from the team, who were at different levels. Even though the director said I made a good impression, I haven't heard back from HCA about what's next. It's been over 3 weeks since my in-person interview, and I'd expect a follow-up by now.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The hiring manager reached out directly instead of HR. After a phone interview the next day, I was asked to come in for an in-person panel interview with the other PMs the following day. I thought the second interview went well, but was surprised I never heard back, not even a rejection. Very unprofessional. It was odd that they required working onsite 5 days/week when all stakeholders are remote and project meetings are virtual. The only people I saw in the building were the 6 people I interviewed with.
