The interviewer was really informative. Asked me a lot about how I'd handle tricky or unexpected situations. She showed me around the unit at the end and let me ask my own questions.

I had a phone interview with the recruiter first, and then they scheduled me for an in-person interview for the trinity behavioral health new grad program. The process was okay. It was a panel of 4 people. One interviewer seemed to dislike me from the beginning for some reason. She was very rude and even texted on her phone during the interview. When another interviewer asked if she had any questions, she responded, "what? I wasn't paying attention". It was very unprofessional.

After submitting my application, I received a call from a recruiter within a few days for a phone interview. At the end of that call, they scheduled an in-person interview with the Director of Nursing and department manager, which took place a few days later. Three days after the in-person interview, the recruiter contacted me with a job offer.
