The interview process was really chill. They just asked me some straightforward questions about my past work experience and my education. Nothing tricky. Afterward, they gave me a tour and introduced me to some of the team. The workplace seemed pretty friendly, and there wasn't a lot of stress.

I applied online and then got a call for a phone screen. After that, I was scheduled for an in-person interview with two different managers from the floor. We talked for about 15 minutes, and they asked me some questions.

I applied online and then got a phone call to set up an interview at the hospital. Someone met me at the front desk and showed me to the conference room where the interview was going to be and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the unit managers to show up. I interviewed with the 2 unit managers for the floor and then had a peer interview with 2 PCTs.

They asked some tough questions, more suited for experienced nurses than new grads. One really odd thing was them asking about being late to class and wanting to hear past excuses for why I was late. It felt strange. Honestly, even if they offered me the job, I would have turned it down.
