I applied online and had interviews with the floor manager and a nursing clinical instructor on the same day. I got a job offer that same afternoon. After that, I completed the residency program and then orientation on the floor. The residency, which was run by Parallon, was completely useless.

They showed me around the facility and I even had to present some scenarios. It was pretty relaxed and they made me feel comfortable. The interview was organized and they answered all my questions.
