I went to a career fair and had a short intro chat. This led to me getting invited to a group interview. I did that, and it went pretty well. Then I was supposed to have another interview on a Wednesday, but it got pushed to Friday, then to Monday. After that, they just stopped responding. I reached out three times but never heard back, so I had to move on.

The interview process involved a Skype interview, a group interview, and then two more Skype interviews with a Director. While the interviews themselves were okay and pretty laid back, they were often repetitive. The overall process took way too long, and the scheduling and coordination were unprofessional, with last-minute cancellations and requests to reschedule interviews for the very next morning. I made it to the final round after over a month, but didn't get the job. Instead of a call, I received a generic email. I asked for feedback but never got a response, showing a lack of courtesy after I invested a month of my time.

Group Behavioral Other

We started with a group interview, 30 people split into two groups. The interviewers would ask a question and you had to speak up before others to get a chance to answer, as not everyone got to answer every question. They kept it fun and not awkward, which was the vibe for all the interviews. The next three interviews were done via Skype/FaceTime, which is standard no matter your location. They asked a lot about work ethic, organization, and mainly personality. They really value culture fit, so they wanted to make sure you weren't a buzzkill. Sometimes they'd throw in a really random or riddle question just to see how you'd handle it and gauge your personality.

I initially applied online and had to do a recorded interview of myself. I had unlimited retakes which was nice. Next, I was invited to an interview that was with one other applicant, so it was kinda awkward and I didn't feel like they could really get to know me. It took about a month to hear back after that interview. The last round was with the team I would be working with for the Summer.
